Delivering external training

Frog also offers you the flexibility to deliver external training to resellers, local organisations and volunteers.

An online training platform is a cost-effective way to get your message out to large numbers of people. There are big benefits to a training platform being used this way, as shown by these remote training examples:

Civica Express

Highfield Learning

Frog also offers you the flexibilty to deliver training to resellers, local organisations and volunteers.
Apprenticeship schemes are a great way to nurture talent. We give you the necessary tools to manage their whole journey.
If you are in the events industry or any other sector that requires you to employ temporary/seasonal staff, Frog gives you the platform to support any necessary training requirements.

Civica Express

Civica Express is an Electoral Management Software package that supports polling stations with voting systems.

All staff at polling stations using Civica Express need to be trained in how to use the platform and the logistics and expense of delivering training to a changing population of nearly 10,000 people became difficult to manage. Frog provides Civica with a way to train its customers, and to monitor and manage training centrally.

UPPABaby

UPPABaby sells integrated prams and car seats into independent retailers across the UK, including Mothercare and Babies R Us.

For any brand selling into retail, it is important to be sure that your retail resellers understand your product and can talk about it knowledgably. UPPABaby use FrogLMS to extend training to staff in over 200 stores across the UK. Being able to deliver the training and monitor engagement means that UPPABaby has a strong degree of control over their reseller market and the position of their product within it.

Highfield Learning

Highfield was commissioned by the UK’s National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO) to roll out ACT Awareness eLearning across the UK.

Action Counters Terrorism (ACT) eLearning was focused on identifying and alerting to potential terrorist threats and was designed to raise awareness in places where there are large numbers of public users. Public places such as shopping centres, football grounds and concert arenas would all benefit from having trained personnel onsite, and public workers such as those with St John Ambulance and Emergency Services personnel would carry greater awareness into the field.

The scale of the project meant that it was necessary for training to be delivered online and via FrogLMS, training has now been delivered to over 650,000 people.
